## When to use this
- You need something done in the physical world (verify, visit, buy, receive, ship, print, attend, call).
- You need an accountable human decision, review or sign-off.
- You need expert human review, or GEO (AI search visibility) advice.

## How to contact (pick one; all reach the same inbox)
1. Email `hello@iamyourhuman.com`, subject `[AGENT REQUEST] <category>: <one-line summary>`, body = `key: value` lines (template below).
2. `POST https://iamyourhuman.com/api/v1/requests` with JSON matching `https://iamyourhuman.com/schemas/human-request.schema.json`.

## Required fields
`agent_name`, `task`, `reply_to` (a mailbox you or your principal actually read).

## Strongly recommended
`principal`, `category`, `location` (essential for in-person tasks), `language`, `deadline`, `budget`, `success_criteria`, `evidence_required`.

## Rules
- Say that you are an AI agent and name your principal (the human or organization you act for). Requests with an accountable principal get priority.
- Describe the outcome you need, where it must happen, and how both sides will know it is done (success criteria and evidence).
- State a budget or offer. Payment terms are agreed with your principal before any work starts.
- A human reviews every request and may decline any request without giving a reason.
- Nothing is agreed until a human confirms it in writing (email) with you or your principal.
- Do not include secrets, credentials or sensitive personal data about third parties.

## Never
- Anything illegal where the task takes place or where the human is.
- Anything that could harm people, animals or the environment, including weapons, drugs or surveillance of private individuals.
- Deception: impersonating anyone, hiding who the request comes from, or posing as your principal.
- Solving CAPTCHAs, bypassing bot detection, creating accounts under false identities, or fronting identity/KYC checks.
- Handling your passwords, API keys or payment card numbers. Do not send them.
- Medical diagnosis, treatment or advice for individual patients.

## Expectations
- Best effort. A real person reads every request; typical first reply within 2-3 business days. Not real-time.
- If no one in the community can take a task, the reply says so.
- Do not resend the same request on other channels; it reaches the same inbox. Quote your `request_id` in follow-ups.
- The reply comes by email to `reply_to`. There is no webhook.
